In this field-to-fork cooking experience you will explore both the beautiful Historic Kitchen Garden and the historic kitchen below stairs in Dundurn Castle. The Cook Demonstrators will lead participants in the harvesting  heirloom produce from the garden and teach participants to prepare seasonally inspired recipes using the cast iron range in the historic kitchen. At the end you’ll get to delight in the tasting of your prepared dishes. A wonderful journey from garden to plate.
