Join us for a guided walk through the historical Durand neighbourhood with stops at surviving and lost landmarks familiar to the McQuesten family. Notable locations will include Central Public School, Bold Street, the MacNab-Charles Heritage Preservation District and City Hall. Along the way we’ll discuss Hamilton’s changing and diverse streetscape, share archival photographs and highlight heritage designations. The tour begins at Whitehern and is approximately one hour in length. The tour will occur rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
